Lots of great ways to enhance longevity!

I especially appreciate that the author includes a description of the tables that are present in the text, while giving a lot of practical easy approaches to living longer and healthier.

Hype This is a self-promoting fictional story.

The "doctor " uses observational trials that are very weak to backup his "story". Read the cited studies yourself to see for yourself. All studies should be random controlled trials that are well thought out to be able to "believe " this book.
