I learned about what I was doing right fasting for 16 hours ... & what I was doing wrong..not counting calories and doing adequate strength training. Now I know what I need to do to break the plateau, thanks for clarifying clearly what needs to be done.

The thing I like most about this piece is it has also discussed on the common myths surrounding intermittent fasting which I think is one of the factors that we should consider before diving in.
