I was pleased to find that common sense techniques can get the same or better results than using prescription drugs to lower high blood pressure. If only more MDs would solve the problem at the root, instead of with pills. We are what we eat, what we put in our bodies. Thanks!

Great information!!! Dr. Brill explains every recommendation. So that you understand how the recommendations work. I eat a banana and kiwi every day and walk an hour almost every day. My blood pressure is 110/77 when I follow Dr. Brill’s recommendations. When I neglect her recommendations my pressure goes up immediately.

My blood pressure was bad. 200/120. with meds still high 150/100. Follow the book. Walk 20 min twice a day, take vitamins,get magnesium and potassium , and drink water. It has dropped to an average 120/75. Very happy with the results.
