Everything you need for sleep training babies!

I wish I had this book when my kids were babies! The hardest part of being a new mom was not enough sleep and if I'm honest, it really stressed me out. When my kids were babies there were so many ideas of how and what the right way to sleep train was and they all seemed either too hardcore or not gonna work. What I love about this audible book is that the author provides many ideas for sleep training and gives you a guide on how to follow them! If you try one way and it doesn't work for you and your baby, there are other options to help! I love that!
I'm definitely sending this book to my niece who is in the middle of sleep training her youngest! This is gonna be a lifesaver for her!
I loved the narrator in this audible! I felt like she was a super wise mom just giving really good advice!
I highly recommend this audible!

Life safer!

Wow this was a life saver let me tell you! I was really dreading night time and exhausted at work every day. I was warned about losing sleep but wow its bad. So grateful for this seven day system!! Its brilliant and has worked wonders. I have loved all the tips and tricks in this book , I am already feeling a difference and sharing what I've learned. My Lifesaver!

It is a lifesaver for sleep-deprived parents like me. Chapter 2, "Day 1: Establish a Routine," was a turning point for me. Peace and Tranquility for You and your Baby!

I think this very well narrated audiobook will give you and your baby the peace of mind you both deserve. If you are a new parent, you are probably listening to your parents or even a friend who has been through the process, and that's fine. However, I do believe that this book will take a lot of the strain of sleepless nights out of the process. This seven-day system explains the different levels of sleep your baby goes through and how to help them (and you) to a good night's sleep.

Great book

I truly battled with this with my first child. I followed every advice in the book on what not to do. Sleep training is quite difficult when you're a new parent. I am currently expecting my second kid, and I wanted to get better at this for him or her. Undoubtedly, there were some intriguing concepts and activities to try. So, in a few months, we'll see how things turn out.
