The Power of Now is...NOW. Great listen!
I really enjoy listening to Benjamin Chapin's audiobooks. "The Power of Now" was nothing short of great for me. At approximately 80 minutes, I actually listened to this in more than one sitting therefore allowing myself time to reflect on each part.
I loved the idea of time blocks in being productive. This also applies to someone who may not be able to work but still needs to structure their time. And a person IS responsible for their own happiness. This is something that stayed with me throughout the book.
What I liked most and why. My life is constantly changing and I have to make frequent adjustments in a positive way. I can only make the most of today. The now. This book can play a big role in positive reinforcement for me and anyone. There are many super ideas here. I'll listen to this again and would definitely recommend.
Jay Prichard does an exceptional job reading this book. He speaks clearly. He has a positive attitude that's catchy. Positive can go a long way and there's never too much. I like listening to him and think he's perfect for Benjamin's books.

Familiar Tips If You Have Listened 2 Author Before
This self-development, motivation and inspiration (as classified by Audible) was full of the usual feel-good, self-awareness tips that can be found in the motivation section of any bookstore – or Amazon. However, it did offer a lot of "new to me" pointers and ideas regarding time management.
It focused on what you can do today, at this moment, to increase your odds for success – whatever they may be. It all sounded very familiar and it wasn't until I got to the bonus chapter that I understood why. This is the third book in this category that I have listen to that was written by Benjamin Chapin! When the realization dawned on me, it made perfect sense while why I felt like it was déjà vu in some areas.
At less than an hour and a half long I found it worth the time because of the pointers and suggestions that were new to me.
Jay Prichard is a talented and professional performer. His narration runs the spectrum from self-help to romance. I always enjoy listening to him and I find myself tuning into the material because of his narration.
Notes: You may want to have a pen and paper handy to write down some or many of the subjects for' pointers' throughout, especially if this is your first Benjamin Chapin book.
