I’m implementing his technique today.
It offered a different and thorough perspective on procrastination than I expected. A lot of the times, I would say “NICE!” out loud to his sentiments, even if they were negative - because I had never known that’s exactly how I felt, and I was so glad someone else felt it. I’ll let you know how it goes, I’m implementing his technique today.
