Appreciable audible
I appreciate her assertiveness tips the most. My huge problem was that I did not know how to say NO to the people. I felt used and sad so many times in my life. Amazing audible

Well explained
Since I have been working for a big sales company, I often feel nervous, tense and uncomfortable in social situations. I am always worried if I make a good impression, and that disables me in social situation. I try to be more authentic and interact naturally. So, I got this book to help me and I always listen to it on my way to my job. That helps me a lot and I feel more confident. I have found a lot of practical tips about improving conversation skills and how to deal with anxiety in the workplace.
