A book I Will Listen To Many Times

As a Learning and Development professional for a cloud-based company , I went into this book fully believing the content related to my day-to-day working life but even with that expectation I was still taken aback by how much this changed my view of my role. It has fundamentally altered how I see myself serving both my company and my learner's.

Product led org is the best way to achieve radical customer centricity

Phenomenal book that provides the vision, strategy, frameworks tactics and supporting data / insights to enable a leader to operationalize efforts to drive a company’s evolution to product led.

Listened to it and just bought a hard copy so I can revisit it multiple times and take notes!

Gold everywhere

This book is rare because it is full of golden nuggets of wisdom you can act on today to improve your product strategy. The approach the narrator takes isn’t my favorite but the content is prime so I looked past that.

Good read, no big discoveries

The book walks you through the world of product management and does a good job to help product people make better use of data (collecting, analyzing, and using).
The occasional references to Pemdo are elegantly done and don’t pollute the writing.
If you are seeking to acquire new ideas on how to push your organization to become more product centric you will get quite some value.
If you’re willing to learn more about the product management role you’ll find it valuable only if you are a beginner.

This is too much of a Pendo commercial

I have tried Pendo, it's good. But that's not why I wanted this book. There is a big focus on repeating the same points and not a good enough overview of the actual theory and method for me. Maby this will work for you, but for me this was simply a commercial with some cunsulteeese speak.
