This Strategy Works!
I am a working mom who gets a lot done during the day so I never thought I needed help with productivity. But I'm so busy that I don't always stop to make sure I'm prioritizing the million things I do. That's what this book and approach are helping me do. There are things that I can easily avoid because I'm sprinting from task to task, so it's easy to tell myself I don't have time to do them, and then there are bucket list exciting projects that just get moved to the back burner. (for example I'm finally writing a book woo hoo)
By setting my daily top 3, I start my day feeling clearer and motivated. I also have always wanted a business coach but needed a business coach to help me learn how on earth I could possibly make enough money to afford a business coach. In addition to this book, he has a very low cost group coaching program that I highly recommend. Thanks Matt for these amazing resources!

Fighting for My Life.
I saw other books on Planning and even though this book had yet to be rated, it holds an air of sound credibility. I am glad I chose to make it a part of my life.
The author stated, "Procrastination is not a time management issue but [a mindset] brought on by fear and negative emotions. " This one of several life improving insights Shared by East in this book.
My lack of planning has strained me. My behavior had added to the dissolution of my marriage, it had added to numerous missed relationships both in brotherhood and romance, and now my finances, and several other roles typically present throughout manhood/adulthood.
I am on a path to be present in my life, and learning of this book is a manifestation of my own continuing. Thanks.

What a great listen and read. Very actionable. I love me a good step by step with examples. It helps get ideas flowing and provide insight as to what is possible. A lot of times books like this lack in one or the other. It’s a great balance between and is to the point. It doesn’t go on and on, which I really appreciated with my adhd mind. Highly recommend!
