Love this Audiobook!
Being a Professional Hypnotist I am very impressed with the content of this audiobook. I also ordered the paperback for reference. This audiobook would make a wonderful gift for a loved one. The author covers so much material and listening to the audiobook book at night helps out if you are having trouble sleeping, for me anyway. Yes a Professional Hypnotist can still have trouble sleeping sometimes! If you have ever been curious about Hypnosis then I recommend you get this audiobook. Thank you to the Author for being so generous with your knowledge, I believe this audiobook can be helpful to many people especially at this time.

Great content, poor performance
I loved the information in this book, but the voice actor was terrible. It was as though she had never seen the content until she was recording g it. Mispronounced words, odd inflections and poor editing. Very distracting.
The content in this book deserves a more experienced voice actor.

A practical guide
This is a wonderful book filled with practical, powerful, and easy-to-do self hypnosis methods to identify and change the areas of your life you need to in order to experience better health, happiness, and success.
Dr Nongard also provides access to worksheets and printable outlines that you can download from his website.
So helpful, I’ll be listening to it again.
