About this listen

He only knows three things about himself: he's polite, he likes tea, and everyone wants to kill him.

Berlin: a man wakes up in a trash can with no idea who he is. He's taken to hospital for treatment. Then people start trying to assassinate him.

The man has to find out why, how to get them to stop, and what the CIA has to do with all this. There's also the little problem of working out who he used to be, and why that changed. Meanwhile, his girlfriend Piper and best friend Lance are trying to find him…

Jonathon Fairfax—still the world's most socially awkward hero—is back. If only he knew.

I am in love

... with Finlay Robertson.

The book is very good. I appreciate a well executed, creative story with action, adventure, nice people who appreciate their friends and allies, and everyone lives happily ever after. The narration is a delicious icing on a very tasty cake.

entertaining

This story is written in a quirky way. I found it humerous and fast moving. tit was a refreshing change from the more serious novels I've been listening to.

Best Jonathon adventure yet!

This series is SO good! And this book is the best one yet. it's exciting, funny, and keeps you up late for, "just one more chapter". it's one of those books that you don't want to end.

The whole story is great and keeps you guessing at who the real bad guy is. I'm so impressed at how well the author can pen one great action scene after another and keep Jonathon being Jonathon throughout. Seriously, the action scenes are excellent.

As always, the narration couldn't be better. Finlay Robertson is incredibly talented - men's voices, women's, multiple accents - amazing.

I hope there is eventually more Jonathon. Please!

Witty, charming, sophisticated

Loved this, third in series. Narrator is really brilliant at cap characters and accents. Want more!

Superlative Story

Looks like everyone's already noticed the excellent things I noticed about the book, different from the first 2 in a subtle way that I enjoyd a lot, very sorry that it's finished. I hope you write more! Thanks!

So glad I found it

Thoroughly enjoyed the story. The way it built the characters and plot. Going to go back and read the first two. Excellent story and narration.

Absolutely wonderful, officially a Trilogy

BUY THE TRILOGY! Hilarious laugh-out-loud joy. Each book can be read independently but together are just about the best thing available on Audible. Next to Richard Armitage reading David Copperfield, this narrator is one of my favorites. His accents are wonderful and voices all uniquely hilarious. The way the authors pokes fun at UK, American and German society is spot on and just…it’s lighthearted fun and seriously terrific writing, storytelling and social commentary that won’t offend a soul because they will be oblivious. Christopher Shevlin’s characters are are all that, AND a bag of chips. Or Crisps. Probably both, simultaneously.

The Best of the Three!

I felt this book was the best of the series so far. If nothing else, it certainly had a different feel to it than the others but with the same charm. If you were to take the series up until now and turn it into a Bourne Identity script, then you would have wasted your time because that is this book. It has that classic spy novel feel to it where you are never certain exactly who the bad guys and good guys are, and what exactly everyone is after. It definitely kept me guessing until the end. If you've read the other two books, pick this one up now. Now, I said!
