It's a great guide to get you started in shadow work, but hard to follow without the visuals that would otherwise be in the print version. Would make a great reference book, but as an audio book, it falls short

Great for beginners and good refresher for returne
I enjoyed listening to this book. After a stressful week, this short read reminded me to reconnect with myself and others in ways that would be most meaningful to that person (based on their enneagram stats).
This short book is chock full of knowledge without fluff - my favorite kind of listen. I have read/listened to much longer books about the enneagram that have not explained as much as this audiobook.
Highly recommend for beginners or those who are revisiting these concepts.
