If you are a total beginner and are interested in this diet try this book it takes you through the process step by step. And it will surely motivate you to do this diet! This book goes into how and why ketogenic works in order to achieve your health goals. If you aren't familiar with the topic, check this book out! I highly recommend it.

Delicious recipes

Delicious recipes that are easy to incorporate into everyday life. Last year I tried Keto with a different cookbook and was immediately discouraged. Ingredients were so obscure and expensive, and the recipes super involved and complicated.

The recipes are not difficult or time-consuming

This is a great book for Keto Beginners (like myself) The recipes are not difficult or time-consuming and once you get your pantry prepped they take a lot of the same ingredients so you aren’t wasting money on items you will only use once or twice

I never really thought that I've been doing a lot of mistakes before I listened to this audiobook. This book is really helpful! I'm on a tight budget that's why I found this book perfect for me. It taught me discipline and knowledge everything about keto, at the same time, it gives me keto budget options.

This book has the basics necessary to get started on a ketogenic diet. It will also motivate you to try Ketogenic since it will give you the benefits you can get from it.
