Publisher's summary

All Thomas Weaver wanted was death. What he got was time travel.

Thomas Weaver, haunted by a teenage tragedy, lived a wasted life. He closed his eyes for what he believed was the last time in 2016, but opened them again in his teenage bedroom and body in 1976. Now a middle-aged man in his teenage body, he sets out to fix everything he did wrong in his first life. A budding serial killer in home room, a possible new romance, and high school algebra complicate his plans.

What would you do, if you could do it all again?

One of the best books I’ve read in months.

This book was a major tree. It was well written, well narrated, and a really unique take on “time travel”. This book really didn’t seem to be based on time travel as much as reincarnation, maybe. Nevertheless, the characters were so well fleshed out, and the story kept me engaged like none other. Honestly, I don’t know if I read another book that kept me this engaged. It really was a treat. I’m thankful to have found this book. Onto the next one… Although I don’t know if I am looking forward to it as much due to who the central character is. Only time will tell…

time travel story that doesnt disappoint!

I have always been drawn to stories of time travel - like so many others I'm sure! but being able to grasp the intricate and complex parts of those stories.. well that takes a deep mind! The author did a great job... i definitely recommend! the idea that we might be able to do it all again is magical and intoxicating and this book gave me all the feels. I cant wait to listen to the next one.

Excellent!

I'm not even finished and I've already bought and downloaded the next three books in this series! I like the writer's style--easy, engaging, and keeping me guessing. Sometimes you just need to step away from daily stress and be entertained. You'll find that here.

The narration is spot on for the story.

Entertaining and thought provoking.

I loved the story and the performance. I listened to the second book in the series out of order without realizing it was a series. It’s not a big deal, but it’s better to start at the beginning. The second book is even better then the first.

Riveting to the end

My new favorite genre, time travel, is well represented here. Lots of twists and turns, very engaging, hard to put down. Looking forward to the next book in this new series.

Incredible, human story

I love time travel books and this book (and series) has beey on my radar for sometime. I finally decided to start it. Some time travel books can be overly technical and sciency and in doing so lose the human element of the characters. Not this book. Underneath the sci-fi is an incredibly human story of a man, now boy, with the chance to correct the tragedy that haunted his first trip through his life. And yet, things will happen that he can't predict. Such is life, no matter how many chances we get because chance is a flimsy little thing.

The author writes in prose that are beautiful and sincere and kept me fully engaged from cover to cover. Excellent storytelling and internal dialogue.

I am so grateful that I discovered this series. I can't wait to start book #2.
