Hunger Games fans, it you enjoyed the series. You will enjoy this new series with a twist of its own.

There is a similarity between them with a strong female lead and a strong male counterpart. Both get pulled into the unknown by the government. However. this is where the stores differ. They are not fighting each other but monsters.


Definitely worth listening to or reading.

I really quite liked this story. I was gifted an audio in exchange for an honest review tho and I didn’t really like the narration. It just didn’t fit the book. The voice was too old for the lead and voice doesn’t fit the book.

As I said the story however is very intriguing I liked how the main character grew but for a young girl with no training to become the leader of a fighting force within 24 hours is a bit far fetched. If you can get past that then the story is good enough to continue on with. There isn’t a cliffhanger at the end but the story is definitely set to continue.

This is a Apocalyptic World and at age 18 all children are forced to spin the Wheel to determine what Job they have for the balance of their lives. Crynn Dayholt lands on the Black Square, making her a Stalker. She is a Strong, Stubborn personality and is forced into a leadership position. Narrator does a good job with the characters and storyline.

An excellent story that left me ready for more. The voice added to the character of a young lady as she goes from a teenager to the leader of a group of fighters as a very unusual and surprise 18th birthday present.
