Grieving strength
Having Lost my husband a year and a quarter ago it has been very difficult for me to move on, and this guided meditation for a loving kindness helped me too love myself and all others that have supported me and even those who haven’t. It was a great inspiration for me to MoveOn.

Wonderful
If you haven't experienced a recorded program with Jack Kornfield you are in for a treat. He is humane, insightful, kind and filled with gentle humor. These guided meditations and introduction talks will have you in tears one minute and laughing the next. Supportive and really excellent if you are recovering from a health set back--physical or emotional. Calming, centering and positive. I can't say enough about this wonderful recording. Just fantastic. Highly recommended.
