A wonderfully balanced approach

The book is full of useful and original insights. I found several of my strong beliefs about food challenged, but in an articulate, logical, and gentle way.

Unique Perspective on an Familiar Problem

Another genius book by Esinstein! I will be meditating on the principles of this book for years to come and look forward to implementing the Yoga of Eating into my life more and more in that time as well.

A wonderful read. Not to be missed.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the book. I couldn't recommend it enough. A short and simple book that throws light on many complexities of life and gently nudges you to practice the yoga of eating.

Great guidelines to integrate diet, health & life

This is a must for anyone who is looking for an easy and simple way to change the way they eat and live. It provides great insights to the food we eat, why we eat them and the role it plays to our true craving in life. What I loved most is that there are no do's and don't just guidelines and for you to connect inwards and listen to what your body needs. A must easier approach than restraining to certain foods

Good guidance for eating in modern world. Poor reading.

Despite the poor reading, very good content. Have to get past the reader to the insights. Speed playing helps.
