From a Fan of Pema

Pema teaches her own gentle, easy form of meditation that is very forgiving of our wandering, restless, Western minds.

Seriously "Sounds True" Come on...

What would have made Tibetan Buddhist Meditation better?

I have many of Pema's books and audio books, even bought some from Sounds True site.

This audio is nothing more than a sound bite from a talk from Pema. It is nothing more then Pema talking about how to sit.

This does not "sound true" to me, taking bits and pieces of a talk and selling it. Get real.

What could Pema Chodron have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Stop allowing sound true to chop up talks in this manner.

Should have read other reviews

I was hoping for more of a guided meditation but the information was helpful, basic, but helpful.

Not a guided meditation

I bought this audio thinking it was going to be a guided meditation like some of the other offerings from this vendor.

This is not a true guided meditation but Pema does offer helpful insights and tips on how to get the best of your sessions.

The audio was recorded in a live setting so there is some background noise which is why I gave it a 3 starts in the performance.
