Works well when you want to break a fast early

Chapter two introduces the affirmations. They're very good, but should be repeated so I have something to listen to for hours. I intermittent fast for 20 hours each day, and some days it's an hour by hour struggle against false hunger pains and cravings. 30 minutes isn't enough.

Power in Thoughts
I have what I need and I think my life to fullness as God intended to be. With this book and sharing knowledgeable information is transforming. I enjoy the slow and methodical style; I had to play it over 8 times to feed it in bite by bite and it changed in my mind as I followed the instructions. I now know why the speed is this way it's for the Rams in your brain to reboot to a new gear and to beawair of sound yet remain focus and it is working. stars across the board 10x
