About this listen

Kiran is caught in world of gods, time magic, and troublesome clans bent on his destruction. But with danger comes opportunity: the chance to truly grow as a cultivator and grab the power to control his own destiny.

For fans of the Cradle, A Thousand Li, and Heaven's Laws series, this epic progression fantasy story is a western cultivation fantasy novel with mild romance but no harem.

slow

it has a lot of the usually wuxia elements. the book however is slow. there is a lot of dialogue. the characters are expansive, but I couldn't really connect. the narrator has a good range in the dialogue, but the expositions, the voice is a bit dull.
