Even though I was hoping for a slightly out of the regular genre for this author... this book is very enjoyable.
The added beast persons along with the evolving zombies is going to be a plus for this series.
I'm looking forward to the next book.

Harem apocalypse with kitsune.

Enjoyed the book, though there is very little interaction outside of the three main characters. I get that it's a post apocalypses book, but a bit more interaction with other characters could help. Also it seems a bit transparent to introduce the next love interest the literal next page after the first "fluffing" scene. Just seems a bit transparent / could have at least waited until after they wake up the next morning. I still think it's good if fluffy vixens getting fluffed are your thing.
Also, pet peve but I'm pretty sure it's pronounced "kit-su-ne" not "kit-sun", and the plot point about men finding them unattractive seems unrealistic.

I’m a little burned out on post-apocalyptic books however, this one is a real Jem. There’s enough spice and slice of life to really lighten the mood of this book and be a lot of fun.

This book feels like it was written by a person that has either never had sex or is very bad at it. When they finally sit down and eat and start complimenting each other like teenagers on a first date every sentence instantly starts with "I Mean" It made me want to stop listening right there. Then they go on to talk about how bad they want to do it again and even though they are at a secure military site and its so early in the day the sun it not up yet they decide to wait until they can find a new place and wait until it gets dark. That was so stupid. Speaking of stupid a lot of the book has huge holes and things that make no since such as it take them a full day and most of a night to drive 40 miles. The writer set it up perfectly for the male character to get road head but again he wants to wait until they find a new safe place. in 8 hours of bs you get 2 short spicy scenes a few meaningless flash backs. But hey why would you put in real thought in a spicy book anyway?
