About this listen

Raising my sister's autistic son was an unexpected plot twist in my own life. But I loved every minute of it. Even if those minutes meant everything ran on a rigid schedule with little time for anything else.

I lived my life for him: software developer by day, bartender by night. He’d want for nothing. And I had no time to want anything. But lately it’s getting harder to do it all on my own.

Enter Will.

My boss’s son.

He’s here to help me with Miller. But somehow he’s helping me realize maybe the life I’d envisioned, the life I thought I’d being do alone, can be different.

And he’s not only giving me the extra time I needed for Miller’s care and work and life. But he’s giving me back that time to want.

And he’s making me want him.

Making me want more.

Sassy Ray is back! Loved the bar scene in WY.

Well and creatively written, including the spice. Emotional and relevant topic but but not too angsty or heavy. Great narration, very fitting for these characters.

I didn't mind the length, as I purchase novellas.

I like and recommend this book.

A Whole Lot Of Wonderful In A Tiny Package… 👏👏👏‼️

A whole lot of wonderful in a tiny package, with considerably more depth than I was anticipating. The characters, protagonists and supporting players were ALL well-rounded, clearly three-dimensional and worthy of the introspection. The narration only enhanced what was already a touching, thought provoking, hot romance, intensified by the sex but clearly not requiring it (though very much appreciated.
I have 📖 and continue to read all of the author’s M/M📚though my TBR is SO vast that I still have more to 📖 but do in fact own them all (minus the sapphic release), but have yet to be in the least disappointed (and doubt that I will).
Well worth the time and can see myself re-listening to the audiobook again when looking for a couple of hours title…
👏👏👏‼️

Short, sweet, worthy of a repeat!

Michael Gallagher and Tim Paige are in my top 10 favorite male performers list....there literally is nothing they can't read that I won't be swooning at. Couple them with the writing skills of Marley Valentine I give up my reservations on spending time and money on a 2.5hr book. I loved Wanting More for all that it was meant to be

5 stars - I would listen again

Awesome story

So much packed into this short story. very well written and the narration was great. Michael Gallagher and Tim Paige did a wonderful job bringing this story and all of the characters to life. Marley Valentine never disappoints, even when its a short story.

Nice story but should have had more

Cute story and loved the theme but wished for a bit more depth. But entertaining and cute. Great narration.

Left me wanting more!

Loved the story. Want more!

I always enjoy Marley Valentine’s writing. There just wasn’t enough of it in this book. I want more meat on the bones. I want more scenes. Did she know she was doing this to us? I think she did. 😉

The story has everything it needed. Don’t get me wrong. Novellas can sometimes feel cheated. This one does not. Everything written is good. The story gets resolution and a satisfying end. All as it should be. To make it shorter, the story skips ahead, leaving out scenes that would be included in a longer format. I usually avoid novellas because I’m greedy and want all those scenes too. But when a favorite author writes it, and has it recorded by some really good narrators, what’s a girl to do?!

Both narrators are talented and well suited to their characters. My only complaint is that their voices are so similar. My personal preference is more contrast in a narrator pairing, so my brain can be lazy and not work to remember POV.

Worth a listen? Definitely. Beware, it might leave you wanting more.

Short but perfect

I have all the audio books from Marley valentine and now I am happy I have a new addition. This story like all the others have so much feeling but main one being love. I love how this book links to her first book I downloaded “ without you”. The narrators did an awesome job bringing the characters to life and of course I am a fan of Tim Paige.

Short but Sweet !!

Another amazing book by this author!!
Short for sure ...but a beautiful hurt/comfort listen ! A little lighter feel to it than other books I've listened by Marley Valentine.

Love Marley but Not My Fave

Marley has written two of my top five M/M romance books and this story is definitely her style, which I love. But the story is so short — you don’t necessarily NEED more details but more would’ve been appreciated. And for a full credit? I need more than two hours.
