About this listen

ACHE FOR ME: A betrayal leaves Izzy tempted to avoid men. Fate apparently has other plans—it tosses Cole in her path, and sexual chemistry instantly flares. They're both content to stick to a simple arrangement. Until they're not.

MELT FOR ME: Cat agreed to a casual arrangement, though getting involved with a criminal wasn't the wisest idea. She is left with one option: walk away. But Danton doesn't easily part with what belongs to him.

SHATTER FOR US: Briar Leighton can admit she's drawn to both the elegant Trace Lacroix and the rough-around-the-edges Kaleb Westley. Rational thought vacates the building when they offer her a night of unparalleled pleasure. Now she wants more, but the guys are anti-arrangement and rarely play with the same woman twice. [Warning: MFM]

BURN FOR ME: As a teenager, Inaya had two aspirations: become a rock singer and marry her idol Kaiser Wolfe. Her first dream became a reality. As for her second, she shed that juvenile fantasy. Which is good or she'd be heartbroken over how badly their first meeting went. He's also her new neighbor. She agrees to an arrangement, but the lid begins to rattle until they become something else.

Contains mature themes.

Loved the re-visit to The Vault!

Suzanne Wright writes a mean romance (fans self)! This collection of stories was awesome and I loved how she incorporated previous characters from some of her other single title books. Going back to The Vault was a real treat. Not a big fan of the narrator. I think a two-person narration would have been better. All-in-all a great listen, though. Gimme more - gimme more!!

Loved these hot connected friend’s stories

Didn’t want each story to end, but the characters kept reappearing often in each book. I truly enjoy all of Wright’s stories (like the shifter Phoenix, Mercury & Olympus one’s best). Gave 5 stars even thou the narrator was horrible in the first story, she used a higher voice for the male, but changed & got better. Recommend these to those that enjoy a great story with smokin hot sex scenes with dominant men.

Love the stories but needed a diff narrator

The narrator's ability to change voices for each character was lacking. There was very little difference between male/female. Pretty much the only character I could easily distinguish was the one woman with an accent. Everyone else is basically the same. I have read the stories multiple times on my kindle so I already could pretty much tell everyone apart so it didn't bother me too much but I expected the narrator to be Samantha Cook so I was a little let down. Still overall worth it. I truly enjoy anything by this author.

One of my favs

There is nothing Suzanne has written that I have not loved. I rate her books as "Absolutely loved" and "Loved", but they are all worth the money, the re-read and adulations. This one is no different. If I had to complain, it was because each story wasn't nearly long enough.

4 friends belong to an exclusive club and find 4 men to be their HEA after some angst and a lot of hot sex.

(Izzy)..loved her story and especially hearing from her parents from the book( "From Rags..Jaxxon and Connor)....they are just as crazy as ever. Cole was the perfect match for her..and finding out he is a boxer was a nice little treat. These two slowly became integral to each other without prompting..when Izzy's ex tries to come back, we find out just how committed Cole is to her.

(Cat)..she's the one with the shady father and the even more shady suitor. Danton always wanted Cat and techinically she was his..when she though they were over, she was still his. The lengths that he would go through to keep her safe, knew no bounds. Their connection was solid from beginning to end.

(Briar)..I am a sucker for a triad and this one was no different. I even loved that the men (Trace and Kaleb) had no attraction to each other, but gave their sole attention to Briar alone. Their dominance was sexy as hell.

(Inaya)..this one had an age gap that wasn't at all creepy (I don't think it was that large anyway)..Kaiser was a childhood crush of Inaya and seeing your crush become your man has got to be exciting. Her grandmother made this story even more enticing. She was a hoot.

As always, the women are sassy, accomplished, funny, sexy, and well rounded..the men are 100% pure male, sensitive, head strong, and protective as hell..

I recommend reading this book along with any other of Suzanne's books..they are entertaining and hard to put down once you begin.

Great collection of stories

I am a huge fan of Suzanne Wright’s PNR stories so I happily gave this book a chance and I am so excited that I did. All four stories are amazing! They are all quick ( but not to quick) stories of four friends meeting the man ( or men) they are meant for. Each story is a sexy adventure where everyone overcomes their past to get the happiness they need. I really hope that there will be more stories from the Vault soon. The narrator was just alright.

Great book

But compared to other SW audio releases, this wasn’t as outstanding. Still listened to the whole anthology but prefer my own internal “voice.”

Suzanne Wright at Her Sizzling Best

Yes, it's basically mild erotica, but Suzanne never sacrifices her characterization for the sex scenes. As with her popular shifter series, Suzanne creates a world with endearing, strong characters who work through the problems of their lives as they find each other. Suzanne Wright never fails to entertain!

Red is always the best color

She has done it again. Another great book. I couldn’t stop listening to it. The different stories centered around great friends. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Disappointed

I have enjoyed every other book of Ms. Wright's. But, this series was a disappointment. I only made it through the first book & partway into book two. I've never given an Audible book such a poor review.

I REALLY disliked the narrator. It was hard to tell when there was a change in character or inner voices & the male voices when they did vary seemed childish. It was jarring.

The storyline was odd & unappealing. I've lived my whole life all over Florida & at no time did it feel like they were in Florida. Every single character appeared to be wealthy & privileged. They were all incredibly beautiful & at the top of their respective fields. Blech! I just couldn't care about any of them. Flat uninspiring characters.

Sorry. It was a wasted credit spent on this. I won't bother finishing the stories. Sadly, this felt like a different author.
