A pioneer work in moving from dialog to action

This amazing collection of interviews was so intriguing, enlightning and inspiring. I learned so much from the perspective of these prominent blacks in America. I loved how they also addressed real ways to make change today. Ways that we ourselves can make change to better this nation and the lives of all Americans.

Very Information Listen!

Uncle Charla did an amazing job bringing these very real, authentic, and articulate thought leaders together to address very real questions and misconceptions about the black community. This book is definitely one I will share with my white and non-black friends and colleagues! As a Black woman I took a way many gold nuggets that have motivated me to dive in even more to learn more about my own culture and disrupt long held beliefs that I was taught in public school systems. Definitely recommend to ALL!
