Great read (and not just for creative directors)

As someone who's about to start their creative advertising journey this is a must read.

Lots of useful tips and advice that are motivating me to want to become a creative director.

It was great learning about the ins and outs of the profession and it seems that many of the things discussed also apply to those just starting their career. One clear example that stands out is- when coming up with ideas it's about writing everything down and moving on to the next one, instead of trying to develop each one.

10/10 -Andrés Morales
