The trauma of losing a pregnancy is unique in so many ways and not understood by anyone who hasn't been through it. It can be lonely. The author of this book gets it. She provides advice for the aftermath of such a loss and makes you feel like you aren't alone and that things can be okay again. This book was written with such gentleness and kindness, and yet is also empowering in a way that allows you to work through this trauma toward wholeness. If you are struggling with the loss of a pregnancy, or if you know someone that is, this is the book for you.
