Publisher's summary

The Beladors are back in Witchlock, book six in the best-selling urban fantasy series.

Witchlock vanished in the 13th century...or did it?

If Atlanta falls, Witchlock will sweep the country in a bloodbath. After finally earning her place among the Beladors, Evalle is navigating the ups and downs of her new life with Storm when she's sucked into a power play between her Belador tribe and the Medb coven. Both groups claim possession of the Alterants-turned-gryphons, especially Evalle, the gryphon leader. But an influx of demons and dark witches into Atlanta threatens to unleash war between covens, pitting allies against each other as a legendary majik known as Witchlock invades the city and attacks powerful beings. Evalle has one hope for stopping the invasion, but the cost may be her sanity and having to choose which friend to save.

Evalle, Storm and the Beladors are Back!

Witchlock is another great action packed addition to the Belador series! I really liked this series takes place in Georgia, (being a native and all :-). The opening with Evalle fighting a demon on top of Stone Mountain, and her mate, Storm, coming to her rescue was awesome.

I originally started this series because of the collaboration with Sherrilyn Kenyon. I loved her Dark Hunters, and League series so much, I had to give this series a try. However, I really like the direction Dianna Love has taken the Belador series.

If you have not listened to the other books in the series, it is best to be start at the beginning. The characters and plot are develop with each book and is told from multiple POV's; however, Evalle and Storm are usually the main focus. The series is full of great characters like Tzader and Quinn who are Evalle's best friends, and her pet Gargoyle eats the craziest stuff.

Each book is packed with action, suspense, and some serious battles, but along the way there are also some betrayals, and heartaches.

These are great stories that are both worth the credit and time!

Happy Listening!

Too much relationship stuff

I do not like the explicit sex dialogue. Every male female interaction had sexual overtones for no reason. Started slow but the story had promise though hard to follow in audio. I had to replay often. Two books is too long to leave Zator and Quinn issues unresolved unless the witch lock plays a significant role in their episodes. The ending was better than the Gryphon book. I'll stick with it one more book but this series is losing me.
