About this listen
“For every minute you remain angry, you give up 60 seconds of peace of mind.” (Ralph Waldo Emerson)
Do you suffer from anger outbursts, only to regret it later? Would you like to be able to control the shouting at your spouse, children, or even your work colleagues?
Are you losing control of your emotions more often than it is "normal"? Nobody is an "emotional saint’", but when it starts to take over your life, it’s okay to reach out for help.
Anger is an emotion which the majority of us can keep in check for most of the time, however, sometimes, we will reach a point where we lose control over what seems like an insignificant thing! We all know that our anger was not really about that insignificant thing at all, but that might have been the point where we felt we cannot take anymore! It’s the tip of the iceberg, the breaking point beyond your limits.
Anger can be related to issues that we keep buried deep inside because of embarrassment, unresolved issues, guilt, shame, trauma, bereavement, and maybe even fear of being shunned by our loved ones.
Are you suffering in silence? There is absolutely no shame in seeking help!
- Learn if you are suffering from anger related to your past
- What triggers anger
- Discover if you are emotionally intelligent
- Can trauma and grief cause anger? Listen and consider this possibility
- Learn if men and women experience emotions differently
- Take control of your anger if you can or find out where to get professional help
- Use relaxation techniques to manage your anger
- Learn if forgiving someone can be the best thing you can do for yourself
- Learn to express your anger in a Healthy way
- Acquire knowledge related to child to parent violence, and see if you need professional help and advice.
Perhaps you have picked up other anger management books and are wondering what’s the difference here? This book was written by a woman, for women, and it’s her experiences that make this book relatable.
A must-buy book for women who want to make the change and take control. If you want to help yourself and lead a happier, more fulfilling life, then scroll up, and click the Buy button.

Incredibly Effective
My wife bought this for herself recently, as she's been struggling with her emotions from a difficult relationship she has with a family member of hers. The strategies and concepts laid out in this are not only easy to apply, but they help the listener understand the source of their struggles. After listening, my wife has not only gained greater mastery over her anger and emotions, but a better understanding of herself and the nature of her relationships.
The narrator is engaging and easy to follow without being overbearing or droning on, and the content is well researched and easy to apply.

Anger is neither good nor bad...
That is a very interesting concept and totally different from what has been taught. This book has done a very good job at challenging the stereotypes that women face when it comes to anger. One major one is saying it’s ok to be angry! It’s all about how you handle it and why it’s important to your self preservation that you do. This book covers anger in great detail and gives solutions on how to handle it. The book is awesome for women but I think men shouldn’t be afraid to read it as well. A lot of relationships would definitely benefit from it. Great book!!

Good tools and tips
The number one take away for me from this book was journaling. I have never been much of a writer but this book emphasized the idea and it made sense to me and I am going to try to do this. It made sense as a good way to express your emotions without necessarily having to tell others about it but sometimes just writing it down helps.
Tons of other great information and that will be useful also. This was just my favorite part! Would recommend do you my friend!

Helpful look into emotions
My girlfriend and I listened to this one. We are big audiobook people, and we're always trying to improve our relationship. Though it’s geared toward women, I think there’s something here for men too. Both of us liked how it shows us that not all anger is bad; there are positive forms of it as well.
But we must be careful with it, as anger that goes unchecked can lead to anxiety and depression, and grief and trauma can send us back into anger, creating a vicious cycle of negative emotions. This audiobook helps us look at those emotions and break the cycle.
It also shows us how to be compassionate with ourselves and forgive ourselves for past mistakes. For all of those reasons, both my girlfriend and I enjoyed and recommend it.

Why do I get so angry?!!
Friends are often surprised when I admit that I struggle with anger issues. I’m usually pretty easygoing, but certain triggers can really set me off! This book has been instrumental for me to figure out what anger actually is, what my triggers are, and most importantly, how do I do a better job in controlling my anger. I think what struck me the most with this book is knowing just how detrimental anger can be for my long term physical health. As women, we wear so many different hats and take a lot of responsibility on ourselves, so it’s not surprising when we struggle with angry outbursts. I definitely recommend this book to any woman who might be feeling like their fuse is shorter and shorter each day. You’ll gain valuable insight on how to handle your frustrations in healthy ways.

It can be expressed in healthy ways
Anger is something that we could all do with getting a little better at managing, and it doesn’t matter how “zenned out” a spiritual teacher or guru we find on YouTube is, we all know they blow their top sometimes too, lol. So don’t fret if this is you as well, we all do it, and in fact, it’s actually healthy to express it in healthy ways when we’re out of the vicinity of others. And there’s lots of ways to do this as Yasmin A helps us uncover in her totally unique and pragmatic book, ‘Women VS Anger’ that provides listeners with a myriad of relaxation and mindfulness techniques. In addition, listeners are treated to understanding how anger takes form between the different genders, how to discover the intricacies of emotional intelligence, and how to shake off any picked up behaviors to do with anger that you inherited from those around you, and a lot more. Effective and interesting to boot.

This book is a fortune!
Buying this audiobook is one of the best decisions I made. Controlling my temper has always been my worst nightmare. This book is very informative, instructive, and is packed with pieces of advice that helped me to restraint my recurring anger outbursts. Most of the time I was denounced for my rage by my family and colleagues and I was emotionally disturbed. The author has perfectly brought up the techniques to keep down anger which has to be practiced over time. I am a very satisfied reader and would like to suggest this to anyone who's looking for an out-and-out companion to guide you with anger issues.

With life constantly providing reasons to be on edge all the time, this was a refreshing book to listen to. It made me realise how much damage can be done by not managing emotions effectively, but also made me feel less guilty about experiencing these emotions. It provided me with healthy and accessible solutions. I absolutely loved the personal anecdotes, which make the content so relatable. Very grateful I came across this audiobook!
