More than 12 hours of hypnosis
Both books contain lengthy audios for sleep hypnosis. I prefer to play 5-6hr deep-sleep hypnosis audios which can cover whole sleep cycle.
I love this book, it can help anyone to get rid of negative attitudes and bad habits.
