Publisher's summary

During the day, I work for Dylan McAllister, the hunky billionaire who became CEO of his own company at 30. He may be one of the hottest men I’ve ever met in my life, but he’s also the boss from hell. He has dazzling blue eyes that pierce into your soul and freeze your heart. He’s a known womanizer.

I call him AB to my friends, a.k.a. "Asshole Boss". He’s grumpy, demanding, and rude. And that’s on a good day. He’s definitely the worst boss ever.

The only reason I’m still his secretary is because I have debt up to my eyeballs, thanks to student loans and an ex who conned me into letting him use my credit cards. I’m counting down the days until I can quit and tell him to get his own coffee and lobster rolls. My calendar says that between both my jobs, I only need to work for him for three more months.

You see, Mr. McAllister has no idea that I, his “mousey little secretary”, have a night job just so I can quit as soon as possible.

That is until I end up at a bachelor party for his brother.

And then the real drama begins...because Mr. McAllister can’t seem to get over the fact that his boring secretary also pops out of cakes.

Great Listen

This was a really great book. I'm happy we got to Abby and Dylan's story. I really didn't care for Dylan all that much in the beginning but he grew on me. Abby complained alot and often but she was just a girl looking for a great career and love. The banter and tension between both characters were relatable and felt realistic. I enjoyed listening to this but at times I got a little irritated with the characters since it was only one narrator. You definitely would want to read Worst Date Ever so you can get a background on some of the other characters. Overall I recommend reading and/or listening to this 2nd book in the series.

Worst boss NEVER!

Thoroughly enjoyed Dylan and Abby’s story! Fun, lighthearted, angsty, and sexy all wrapped into one! Worthy of a quick listen.

Not my favorite listen

Didn’t like the narration , just kinda dull. Story was kinda slow , hero was averse to love then all of a sudden he loves her

That is inappropriate Mr......

Abby needing a job and the money to help pay her debt, take the job working for Dylan, a piece of work that makes every day harder than the next.

This is a story that you will fall in love with the characters. Dillon's standoff behavior to Abby's feisty sass makes their connection and banter electric as you get lost in the story as they push and pull their way to the HEA.

Full of Laughter and so Much More

I love a book that makes me laugh and this was definitely one. Where I find the characters dynamic so interesting that I just can’t stop reading. I so enjoyed how Abby was such that no nonsense girl and while we all try to tell ourselves just like she did that you hate the behavior of someone, that doesn’t mean you deep down don’t have chemistry happening. Abby finds herself working for what appears to be the worst boss ever and she doesn’t hold back on letting him know it either. I am pretty sure she is the first girl to not get all googoo eyed at him either right off the bat. Dylan or Mr. McAllister as he insists on being called doesn’t know how to respond that Abby has a rough retort for his high demands. This paves the way for great banter between these two and lots of excitement. It is one that you will have to read to unfold the story of how things work out for these two. Will Abby quit the job she keeps saying she hates, will Dylan break his cardinal rule and pursue something with someone who works for him? Will these two find a common ground of mutual respect? I assure you all these questions will be answered and you will not be disappointed.

Entertaining book

This is the second book in the worst ever series.
Each book seem to be a standalone.this on is set
around Dylan and Abby.
At first Abby couldn’t stand Dylan because she thought
he was up himself. But as they get to know each other properly things change.
Some quite amusing parts but still with enough drama to
make this read quite believable and the narrator done a good
Job of bringing the characters alive
All round a great book.

Best Book Ive had listened recently

The banter in between Dylan and Abby is very funny. The sexual tension between the characters builds and builds, is exquisite. Red thus one first, but is nit going to make me deter from quickly start book #1 in the series.
