Realistic information, not hype
How refreshing to see a plastic surgeon cautioning readers that surgery should be a last resort, and that what you put into your body has more impact on your face than anything else. Maybe not fun to hear, but truth usually isn't. If you're looking for a quick fix or pill to age better, this isn't the book. If you really want to make a change, it's a quick listen and well-written.

A renowned holistic doctor’s guide to rejuvenation
Nothing the book is a most have. Loved it and recommend it highly. As an esthetician of over 50 years I have been waiting for a doctor of his caliber. I can say see he attest to what I have been saying about collagen supplements and many other things
