A love story you can live in...

Zach

Brady is my overprotective best friend, and I love him like this. He's so much bigger than me and makes me feel safe. We are opposites in so many ways, but when I'm cuddled up against him and he reads to me, all those differences fade away. Brady promises to be friends forever, but what will he say when he finds out my secret? Will I lose my best friend and the boy I love more than life itself?

Brady

Zach is so tiny and tenderhearted. All I want to do is protect him from the world. He's my sweet bookworm and never wants to hurt anyone. I love my best friend, but how do I give him all of me when I don't understand myself yet? If nothing else, I can shower him with all the acceptance and love he deserves.

Zach and Brady come from completely different social and religious backgrounds, but they don't let that weaken their friendship. Both teens have to go through a journey of self-discovery, including all the heartaches and joys that come with growing up. As they get older, will they find themselves and how they fit together?

You're my Home is a sweet and emotional coming-of-age story. Its a slow-burn, hurt/comfort, teen best friends to adult lovers romance. There will be tears, laughter, new friends, and steamy lovemaking as Zach and Brady learn the meaning of true acceptance of oneself and others.

**Trigger warnings: domestic violence, trauma, PTSD, and religious homophobia.

Amazing Love Story

Written and Narrated with perfect clarity and one heck of a story line. Love is Love and I would highly recommend this book to anyone. Brady,Zack, Conner and Kelly each of them being a character of their own and they all come together as one. Everyone needs a Judge Wellman in their life.

beautifully heartbreaking

first warning: be VERY prepared to ugly cry for most of the book especially the first...... 75%?!
second warning: descriptions of abuse; physical, mental, & verbal from a parent & a bully.

but this is still one of the best listens/reads that I have had in a while and I read/listen ALOT ALOT.
The good relationships in this book rip your heart out but put it back together again.
Ben and Zach are something out of a fairytale and give you hope to get through the book, even when you might roll your eyes at Ben a little and be like 'really dude'.

absolute must read and even if you need to take a break you have to finish because the ending is so worth it.

it's a beautiful read/listen.

and the narrator was amazing.

Sooo good, too damn good

First, the religious trauma hit home, and OuCh.
But the dynamic between Zach and Brady is precious and beautifully pure, in part because of how delicate the line between that dynamic being a good thing for them both, and it becomming one sided and toxic. Thankfully, Brady is good about keeping that balance, and when he slips a bit, the people around him are good and set him straight.
Brady is so dense it hurts, and the miscommunication from this is gold.
Lastly, I get major Demisexual vibes from Brady. Not quite finished yet, but I hope it's addressed.
(Kelly is the bff we all need!)

O.M.G Listen to this book!

I have to start with the fact that I absolutely loved this book way before I heard the audiobook. It's the type of book I've read and reread so many times because this book to me is just that good/special. Zach is the sweetest character, and Brady is just his strong protector. Childhood best friends to lovers. It's a very slow burn. You meet these characters when they're only 13 years old. And you go through the years with them. So, nothing sexual happens until they're 18 and out of high school. These characters are very codependent on each other to the point that it's toxic, which is a favorite thing to read in a book. But this book will also make you cry. When I tell you Zach is the sweetest character he really is. You will want to jump through the pages to protect him at all costs.
Now, when the author said this book was going to audio, I was kinda nervous but super excited. I was nervous because I wasn't sure if the narrator would do these characters' justice. These characters deserved the world! And let me tell you the first time I heard Zach speak, I teard up. Adam Gold is a new to me narrator, and he killed this performance. I'm in utter shock over his talent.
I definitely think this book is worth it if you just come across it and arent sure.

My favorite

I absolutely love this story, I read it for the first time in April this year and then again in May on kindle, I didn't realize there was an audio version until a few days ago and as a primarily audio reader I had to get it. I wish I could hive more than 5 stars because it deserves it.

Beautiful

At first, I was skeptical about this book, but decided to give it a chance and let me tell you it’s probably one of the best stories I’ve ever read. It can be difficult at times to read so those who are or have dealt with abuse please read with caution but overall I can’t recommend this book enough.

One word….Outstanding!

This is one of my all time favorite books. I was worried about the narration not doing the book justice but I am happy to say that it was amazing! I did not think the book could be better but the emotions that come through the narration of this book just make it even better! So glad I took the chance!
