Easily digestible information with very lovely narration

One of the best most informative books on trauma I have read/listened to. The narration is calming and comforting.

Incredibly informative book! Highly recommend

I did not realize how many people close to me, including myself, have been through trauma. I connected so much with this book with a deeper understanding of myself, my husband, and my mom. I now understand why she gets so triggered being around her mom. I just want to hug her. Thank you so much Sarah!
