Are you, as a mother, worried about your relationship with your son? Are you scared of losing him, because now that he is a teen, parenting has become more tricky, and you sometimes feel like everything you do is wrong?

If that is the case, this book is for you.

What sets this book apart from others is that it encourages the use of your intuition. Because, even if it doesn’t feel like it, you are perfectly equipped to raise your son to be a strong, well-respected, intelligent adult. This book will guide you in how to trust your mothering skills as your son starts to become a man, while honoring your son’s impending adulthood—all without losing the closeness you enjoy so much.

Youre Not Losing Your Son will provide you with the knowledge you need to build and sustain an authentic, resilient relationship that will allow your son’s strengths to emerge during the transition to adulthood.

A very positive yet realistic perspective on the mother/son relationship. So many beautiful lessons. I’m positive that the teachings on this book will help to improve my relationship with son. A real balm for a struggling mother. Truly thankful.

A true balm to those struggling with teenager sons

The first couple chapters just go on and on and on and on on what to teach your son and what not to do but not the how. Hearing just what you should do in a long list can be overwhelming. Disheartening is you feel you missed or are missing the mark on some. Yes we can change but that’s not discussed at all at the beginning. Or focusing on age and how changing is still possible even if an older teen or how to adapt for younger teens. All teens are different. Some listen better than others. Yes demonstrating is best but how to maneuver this when teens don’t seem receptive. That it takes time. None of this is really dived into or even stating this will be discussed more in future chapter. I am hanging on hoping this gets better. We can all say what we should be doing but the how and the support to keep going even when it seem pointless is lost.

Very disappointed in this book.

Lots of what to do and not to do but little how to
