Very Informative

With the little I knew about avoidant and disorganized attachment, the author shares their insight using examples. I found the storytelling aspect compelling, as the author deeply dives into these attachment styles. It was educational and very interesting to learn how these attachment styles can appear in children and adults. I found it very useful to consider (or be more mindful) what I say to my children as such childhood experiences can shape their interactions with others. This also applies to romantic relationships which the author also explains that such negative experiences can have an impact. It's helpful to listen to this book at a normal speed so you don't miss anything. I did take breaks to reflect on each chapter, which helped me to digest the information better.

Fascinating read

This was a very eye opening bundle. I’m an avid reader on all things ‘relationships’ and I had no clue about different attachment styles. It was one of those “I don’t know what I don’t know” situations. This book helped me open my eyes to things I do in my own life and what I can do to work on those areas, as well not make me feel broken or abnormal, it’s very informative and explains these attachment styles very thoroughly. I wish I had read these books sooner in my life.

Build a solid bond with your partner

Relationships can be difficult in life and nobody teaches you what to expect apart from life experiences in itself, it’s better to be aware and prepared with different tools . Your intimate relationship is very important, you spend the majority of your time with your partner. This audio guide is a road map to enable you to integrate yourself at the highest level in your relationship. It’s better to be prepared, rather than have conflict. Highly recommend

Excellent series

Wow I wish I came across this earlier in life - I felt as if my deepest secrets & repressed patterns were being recognized and spoken to directly. The only way to change is to see things as they truly are. Not only did this audiobook help me to do that, but I appreciated that it also provides concrete tools, strategies, and tips for embodying & living a secure attachment style. Highly recommend

Great Psychological Analysis

Generally, people do have an avoidance to particular people or situations as a defense mechanism to protect their ego. This audiobook does a great job of exploring the reasons why we have psychological behavioral patterns with our friends, family and loved ones. I learned a lot about myself and how I behaved in previous intimate relationships as well as how I evaluate the friendships I have currently. If you are exhibiting avoidance behaviors or unable to have significant attachment with the people around you, I definitely recommend giving this a listen.

Great bundle!

The author hits so many critical messages in both books that I feel like I finally have the tools to improve my life and stop self-sabotaging. I loved the section on how being different is actually good. The section on mindfulness was also powerful and enlightening. Both books were well-organized and clear. All the author's advice is easy to implement and motivating regardless of how discouraged you are in your relationships now.

For Solid Individuals

This book is definitely targeting an audience of individuals that are at a point in life where they find themselves craving stability and preserving the attachment or emotions they are feeling towards someone most! I don't believe you need to be in an relationship to enjoy this book, because the concept of dating for most is usually led by the desire to want to settle down. With that being said a book like this comes into perfect place, when you begin to ask yourself if you've found that special someone. Definitely give this one a listen, but ensure you're not listening while distracted because you could miss something great!
