Trials of poetry are lyrical episodes presented as an opening dialogue or correspondence on the subject of love. Keywords and white blank pages are symbolic of reflective spaces, inviting to examine and perhaps continue an imaginary compositional journey. Conceptual basis of this work is rooted in an assessment of the value of poetry, and its potential accessibility as a literary genre.

The second volume of poems which is meant to accompany the Treasure Fleets series. Written by the characters of the books, they are essential to understanding their journeys through life and love while they cross the seas to new lands. Each volume reveals the inner nature of the person as they traverse and endeavor. With few words they try to convey the depth of their feelings, longings as they share each other.
