A cruise ship drops anchor on a coral reef in the Caribbean Sea trapping Mike Scott underwater while the air supply in his scuba tank slowly drops toward zero. The computer systems in a car are hacked and the car and runs into George Town harbor, nearly drowning the driver. A "cone of silence" drops over the island nation, cutting off communications between Grand Cayman and the outside world.

News photographer Mike Scott is on a dive vacation and gets taken hostage when the theft doesn’t go as planned.
