Publisher's summary

Spicy Urban Succubus Fantasy with elements of supernatural multi-partner relationships and light character progression.

Please read warning and author’s note below.

University life can be a real grind, and for twenty-two-year-old Dane Staley that means long hours in the library and not a lot of time for a social life. Not that he’s complaining. As a self-confessed bookworm, the library is a place of comfort for him. That is until he goes in search of research materials in a little used section of the lower level and his life changes forever.

Most people’s eyes aren’t ever opened to the reality that humans aren’t the only inhabitants of this world. How will Dane cope when he’s confronted with the truth and everything that comes along with inadvertently binding himself to a supernatural being? Will he succumb to the pressure or rise to the occasion?

Find out in this spicy urban-fantasy romance, with lots of paranormal intrigue and self-discovery.

Warning: Accidentally Summoned Succubus is a spicy urban fantasy adventure. It is obviously pure fantasy, so expect unrealistic over-the-top spicy/steamy situations, some wish fulfillment, a little sophomoric humor, strong language, and a heavy helping of naughty bits. Oh, and a bunch of supernatural creatures, too.

Disclaimer and author’s note: This is not an alpha adventure. The main character is intentionally not an alpha-male who dominates and takes charge, especially not in the beginning of the story. He is a young man completely out of his element, who is thrust into a situation that exposes him to a fantastical new world and new possibilities. He struggles with his new role, and with help, he begins to grow into his new situation and abilities. He sees the friends and lovers he gathers along the way as partners, not as subjects.

I understand the alpha-male trope is popular and there are many authors who explore it very well. However, it is not a trope I explore in this story or this series. I’ve added this disclaimer to try to clarify what my story is and avoid failing to meet any reader’s expectations who were looking for something different.

Thanks for reading and if you choose to give my book a try, I truly hope you enjoy it.

Fun book

Good book reminds me of Elliott Kay’s work a little, but now I’m sad I have to wait for the next audiobook in the series.

It was a good story but…

It was a good story, it what you expect in a story with a succubus in it. But towards.
The end of the book it was ruined u could have kept with the dominatrix older librarian . Hell there doesn’t even need to be a big fight at the end or no demon bad guy u could have kept with the librarian trying to train him or black mail him in some spicy chapter buy slowly building up to it buy him walking on her with other college
Female students working there In her office or after closing. That would have been better. Then what we got. but any it was still pretty ok book don’t let this review stop u from checking it out

I have a thing for Succubi!

The only reason I'm not giving it a 5-5-5 rating is purely to send a message to the publisher that this well-crafted story had an almost perfect performance but would have benefited from dual narrators. Plot and character development is perfect and I lost a night's sleep because I COULD NOT STOP LISTENING! Other than that, waiting for Book 2 audio to drop! Great start!

A Steamy Modern Fantasy that is more than just a sex romp.

I usually toy around with ideas like these myself, where there is a bit more to the sex going on. I like the twist of the main character gaining powers and more going on. This makes Succubi, historically viewed as insatiable lust demons, look more like they could be emotional sponges, susceptible to their master's emotions or anyone they may share a bond with.

Fun!

This book is just light hearted and fun. Spend the credit you will enjoy it. I’m almost finished with the second one and was disappointed to see there isn’t a third yet! Hopefully we see more of this adventure soon.

Weak & whiny MC

The book is not really fun to listen to. Sure there are plenty of spicy scenes but in between all you get is an mc the is constantly whining about every single little thing. Over thinking and making things complicated that shouldn’t be. He has two enemy’s one is the average class bully type and the other is a sexy librarian that wants him to work for her where he would be in a place he spends most of his time anyway and make more money. He is pretty lazy. He doesn’t want to move in with his rich friend because its a 20 walk to school. He can have sex with his succubus but can’t talk to her about the girlfriend word. He is a college aged male but acts more like a prudish old lady.
