About this listen

A stunning and suspenseful new landscape emerges in the thrilling Dark-Hunter world—a world where nothing will ever be the same again. . .

Fang Kattalakis isn't just a wolf. He is the brother of two of the most powerful members of the Omegrion: the ruling council that enforces the laws of the Were-Hunters. And when war erupts among the lycanthropes, sides must be chosen. Enemies are forced into shaky alliances. And when the woman Fang loves is accused of betraying her people, her only hope is that Fang believes in her. Yet in order to save her, Fang must break the law of his people and the faith of his brothers. That breech could very well spell the end of both their races and change their world forever.

The war is on and time is running out...

Critic reviews

“The influx of feeling and emotion gained by the audio over the print was amazing. My main problem was that I found myself laughing out loud and missing parts of the conversation because I was still shaking my head at the witty remarks from the characters…” —Bitten by Books

“Bad Moon Rising is remarkable for many reasons...The story is mostly in Fang's point of view and narrator Holter Graham imbued him with a full emotional scale.” —SoundCommentary.com

Bad Moon Rising

After listening to this narrator read The Dark Side of the Moon I can't even try to listen to any other books read by him in this series. His voice is all wrong for paranormal romance

Great. Loved it.

I appreciate loyalty. Fang and Amy have that in abundance. Holter Graham is the best. I like Sherrilyn Kenyon's books but I prefer to hear them with Holter. Enjoyed every minute. Thanks

Another home run.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I recommend this entire series. It just never gets boring.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Fang, of course.

What about Holter Graham’s performance did you like?

Holder Graham hits the mark every time. Whenever someone else is narrating, I'm just so confused at the different way that names are said.

Outstanding!!!!!

I just love Sherri and her books. They have helped me through some very hard times. Unfortunate no man can live up to the male standard on these books bit oh well.

way better than I expected

I wasnt too thrilled to start this but after a time I did and definitely am NOT regretting it. Without giving away spoilers, this is a really good story that explains what exactly went on between Amy and Fang and casually recaps everything that has happened in the previous books (including Bride giving the all mighty smack down of Fang's awful mother, God I loved that so much)

If I have to say anything against this it is the narrator. It is more of personal pet peeve and certainly should be taken with a grain of salt, but at times I really didnt like the tone of voice he took on during some of Fang and Amy's conversations, making Fang sound like a child about to cry or whine. And his voice for Wren had me really annoyed because in previous books wren was more curt in tone weather than little shy boy. As I said, that is definitely a personal annoyance and in everything else he did pretty solid.

all in all I thought the book rocked and really enjoyed the quick recaps that helped jog my memory of past events. :)
