About this listen

Grayson Wright is a man who knows how to do many things, but fixing the toxic relationship with his longtime boyfriend isn't one of them. A surprise birthday party to rekindle their old spark sounded like a great idea - until Gray is the one who receives the shock of his life.

Chase Rivers is unlucky in love and draws every loser, liar, and cheater like a magnet. After giving up on finding love, a night out with Mr. Right Now will lead him to the doorstep of his very own Mr. Wright. Too bad Chase didn't have homewrecker and party crasher on his dating-disaster bingo card.

If Chase and Gray's first meeting was a fluke, then what were the second and third? Why does every path seem to lead them back to each other? Is it bad luck, a sick joke, or is it fate? Buckle up for a bumpy ride as these two men travel down a broken road of heartache and discovery.

Contains mature themes.

Sweet and sexy

Sweet love story with lots of sexy. Very low angst which is my preference. The way they met was great and I haven’t read that in a story yet so I really enjoyed it!

Chasing Mr. Wright

I’m a fan of this author but I’ve never bought her audiobooks because the narrators for my favorite series don’t work for me. I was happy to have a different and new narrator for this one. Unfortunately, this narrator does not work for me. He has no voice range and doesn’t really give individual characters voices. It’s impossible to follow along because of that. His women voices are pretty terrible. Maybe he’s a new narrator so maybe he’ll develop over time. If he’s the same narrator for the rest of the series, I won’t be buying them.

Catching up with Mr. Wright

I read this story many years ago and making into an audio has been an awesome experience. Conner Bronw did a great job as the narrator. He brought this very beloved story brought to life. I picked up little nuances that made this a very special book. Aimee Nicole Walker looking forwarded to bringing your other fine stories to life. Love your talent.🥰🥰🥰

Pleasant

M/M romances are the best. I haven’t listened to one that that I haven’t liked yet. Low angst, tenderness, understanding…. I’d like more M/F romances with the same storyline.

Loved Chase and Gray’s story. Connor Brown’s performance was good. Sometimes it was hard to remember who was talking, so you have to listen closely at the start of the chapter to catch it. I’ll
Listen to the other membership included books to hear about the other characters but wouldn’t use a credit.

Needs another narrator

It was very hard to discern which character were speaking. It would have been better if the narrator shows different voices to show the different main characters. To tell you the truth the story was pretty good but not as good as her curl up and dye series

shallow story, repetitive, instalove

If I had to hear them reference the way those two met one more time...
I'm not a fan of this in-love-because-looks thing that's old and overdone. They're both gorgeous, able-bodied White men, so they have so much in common? I really don't understand why this couple feels they have to be together, and it's frustrating.

Decent narration, poor plot

Decent start to the story but the main conflict of the main couple implodes over a small technicality in the interpretation. This was very jarring for the story and instantly lost interest.
