Good, but too short!

I liked it but I felt like it was too short, would've liked to hear more such as testimonials, more facts, etc...

I agree with the below comment.

Not helpful. for a sex addict. sex addicts avoid their spouses. he did not talk about trying to reconnect with a real person. his only thoughts led my husband to believe 2 or 3 times a week is okay. hello there is nothing left for the spouse. clearly not a good thing for sex addicts in avoidance to hear. masterbation and lust take away from the relationship. a married man should not be listening to this book period. as the wife I found it very hurtful to know he says it's okay to lust and masterbate because it is selfish and leads to further addiction to lust and fantasy. a man's hand becomes better than a woman's vagina. In masterbation everything is perfect in the marriage bed it isnt. bad advice.

Largely unhelpful

Caesar spends far too much of his time defining masturbation addiction (which is highly debated), and not nearly enough time laying down practical insights on how to meet your own goals (not his goals).

Vague.
