I love the narrator's casual soothing style. These are so great for squeezing in some centering movement without having to set up a video. A basic knowledge of yoga is probably a good idea.

These flows are easy and slow enough to do first thing in the morning when my body is still sleepy, and short enough to do even when I wake up late. I always feel refreshed and loosened up after. Almost better than a massage... almost.
