Great way to squeeze in some centering exercise!

I love the narrator's casual soothing style. These are so great for squeezing in some centering movement without having to set up a video. A basic knowledge of yoga is probably a good idea.

Super Relaxing

I've never done yoga before, and I don't feel self conscious with this. she explains everything really well to where I feel confident doing the poses, and her voice is so relaxing. It's my new favorite way to start my day!

surprising!

These flows are easy and slow enough to do first thing in the morning when my body is still sleepy, and short enough to do even when I wake up late. I always feel refreshed and loosened up after. Almost better than a massage... almost.

Basic info

started taking yoga classes about a year ago and have found them to be of great benefit both mentally and physically. This book helped me to understand the basic concepts of yoga.
