About this listen

My family is famous for two things in our small town:

Our annual Christmas party

And…

Our feud with The Pearce family.

Our families hate each other. It's a tale as old as St. Nick himself.

So, imagine what happens when a harmless little argument with Jackson Pearce ends with us both behind bars for the night.

As if that wasn't bad enough… The punishment for our crime?

The only Christmas party we're allowed to have is one together.

At Town Hall.

But… It gets worse.

That means I'll be forced to spend time with Jackson and his enormous ego while we plan this party and somehow keep our families from strangling each other with tinsel this holiday season.

It doesn't help that he is annoyingly attractive and goes out of his way to push my buttons.

With his old, dirty, work boots, and his stupid veiny forearms, he works his way into my perfectly organized life and leaves everything in disarray.

Will we actually be able to survive this… Festive Feud, or will we end up back where we started?

A Festive Feud is a novella packed full of spice and all the Christmas feelings to put you in the spirit this year. It is a standalone in the Strawberry Hollow universe.

A Festive Feud might be one of the most fun holiday books I've read. The audiobook was excellent and I loved the banter between Jackson and Emma. They were hysterical and this book was just a really great listen and really fun. Perfect for the holiday season.

This was so fun! Spicy Hallmark vibes with tons of spice and heartwarming moments too. The characters are charming, the story is so festive, and the small town vibes are chef’s kiss.

Narration is fantastic- both performed beautifully. Laughed and swooned! Definitely one of my fav holiday reads.

The story line is really cute but there is a lot of smutty action going on and not a lot of story. But other then that a quick listen and easy to follow.

Love the story line, just wish there was more of a story.

I love a good forbidden romance, and this book delivers exactly what I signed up for: two people who absolutely should not be falling for each other... doing exactly that.
Set in a small town where grudges are apparently inherited like family recipes, this story follows two people caught between loyalty and chemistry. The family rivalry is just the right amount of over-the-top, and watching the main characters try (and fail) to stay away from each other was half the fun.
And the best part? No unnecessary third-act breakup. No "we can't be together because (stupid) reasons" drama thrown in just to stall the happy ending. Instead, we get mature communication, growth, and two people choosing each other despite the noise around them. Revolutionary.

It's fast-paced, fun to read, and full of that cozy, slightly chaotic holiday energy. If you like your romances with heat, heart, and a little hometown drama, this one’s worth picking up. 🎄🎅🏻

I’m throwing all the stars at this spicy Christmas story! I ate it up. The banter and tension were so good!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE AUDIOBOOK, it had me straight up overheated in traffic. 🤣🔥❤️‍🔥

Jackson and Emma grew up hating each other over a feud between their families. When their antics over a nutcracker get them both thrown in jail, they have to agree to work together to give the town one joint Christmas party.

I seriously loved every angsty moment between the leads. Jackson didn’t want to give in to his attraction to her, but it was undeniable!

This book is so spicy. Maren really gave the girlies what they wanted with this one!

Review:
The feud was really real! But the romance oh so sweet. I just loved this story, loved the way they came together, the way things progressed. The banter was great, the intensity, I laughed, it was just heartwarming. I would definitely recommend. I really enjoy the writing of this author. The narrator was great! The spice was spicy too.

Loved!
