Great Guide for ADHD Teens and Beyond

As a parent of a child with ADHD, I’m always looking for resources that actually help—and this book delivers. It’s packed with practical advice that made me see my child’s struggles in a new light, and even helped me reflect on my own challenges with focus and organization. The strategies for building social skills and improving executive function were especially useful. I love how it feels like a conversation rather than a lecture. If you’re raising a teen with ADHD, this is one book you’ll want to keep close!

Practical and helpful

This audiobook is packed with useful advice for teens with ADHD and the people supporting them. It explains things like impulse control, and social skills in a way that actually makes sense. and the chapters on time management were spot-on too. Rather than just saying "use a planner" (which we all know rarely works long-term), the book provides realistic tools that acknowledge how ADHD brains actually function.
The section on executive function also helped me better understand how ADHD affects memory, self-control, and flexibility in thinking. It’s practical, easy to follow, and full of tips you can actually use. A great listen for parents, teachers, or anyone working with teenagers who have ADHD.
