Really complete course on ADHD and other disorders

Overall, the subject matter is amazing! I would definitely say that it's a good thing for counselors to get. Really, anyone in the field of behavioral health would benefit from it. This is definitely helpful information for people struggling with a numerous number of issues. Anything from psychiatric issues, trauma, or drug use as well.

As a matter of fact, this wouldn't even be out of place given in schools or as some type of in-service training for kids or something. Very easy to understand, digestible and relatable.

Helpful

I have found the course to be extremely helpful and very accessible. I work with many clients who struggle with managing the challenges and discomforts in their lives. This course is informative, engaging, and best of all APPLICABLE. The author shares his real-life experiences and the tools he has used in his life with humor and honesty. These tools can be used with ease immediately after listening his lessons. I can't wait to finish listening and bring these new tools to my clients. Thanks!

Good info; speaking pace - excellent.

This course is bound to be a significant and useful addition to any social worker, counselor, psychologist, and psychiatric nurse, and all mental health professionals who use the current version of the DSM. The stories bring to life the practice of diagnostic interviewing with an emphasis on therapeutic care of clients, and provides examples of how to interview clients toward a diagnostic discussion

I think it's brilliant.

This is the audio course I wish was available when I was in graduate school. I highly recommend this as a resource for seasoned clinicians, graduate classes in diagnosis and assessment, and for any therapist who wants to ethically bridge the divide between humanistic connection with clients and diagnosing to meet medical criteria for insurance billing
