A real mind-shaper!
It is a fact that many do not understand the struggles a person living with this disorder goes through daily. This author is a Godsend My best friend bipolar and when she read this book she cried. It is so simple but oh so effective. It speaks to shifting our paradigm to something positive and whole so that the best self can be brought out. Great job writer! I have recommended this book to others already.

This is a great audiobook
Many people may not comprehend the daily hardships someone with this disorder has, it is a fact. This writer is a blessing My best friend has bipolar disorder, and she cried while reading this book. It is so straightforward but oh very powerful. It refers to changing our perspective to one that is healthy and whole so that our best selves can emerge.

I have several friends who suffer from BPD
This is a well written book with awesome affirmations for people suffering from Bipolar as well as those who are note. My friends said this book has helped them a great deal in relaxing and breathing through the times of negativity and helped them sleep better, I have also enjoyed the exercises, music, and guided meditation. When put all together this book is super useful and I'll use it over and over again.

The first sleeping guide that helped!
I always have trouble sleeping, affecting my next day's efficiency and mood. I watched so many youtube guiding videos and took so many sleeping pills, but none of them worked.
My friend recommended this book to me, "Another piece of junk!" that's what I thought before I started reading, but he is a perfect friend of mine, and I trust him, so I decided to give this book a try.
But after following the instruction in this book, I had a perfect sleep, and it felt soooo good! What surprised me is the best solution cost me nothing. You don't need to spend anything to get an excellent sleep!
100% recommended to those who have sleep problems.

Balancing and empowering
While I've never been clinically diagnosed, I do experience dramatic mood swings, and have felt them for the majority for my life. I've experienced success with other affirmation systems, and thought I'd give this one a try. As hoped, it was both orienting and uplifting. I expect to return to it again in the future when feeling out of sorts.
