About this listen

Everyone loves hockey superstar Pierce Miller. Everyone except Lia Bailey.

When the two are forced to teach a skating class to save the rink, Lia's not sure she'll survive the pressure of Nationals and Pierce's ego. Not only can't he remember her name, he signed her bottle of water like she was one of his groupies. Ugh.

But if there's one thing Lia knows better than figure skating, it's hockey. Hoping to take his ego down a notch - or seven - she logs into his team website under an anonymous name to give him pointers on his less-than-stellar playing.

Turns out, Pierce isn't arrogant at all. And they have a lot in common. Too bad he's falling for the anonymous girl online. No matter how much fun they're starting to have in real life, she's afraid he's going to choose fake-Lia over the real one....

A sweet ya hockey story!!

My first hockey romance and it was so sweet!! I feel like the writing and the story were age appropriate for ya. The story was well developed and had a lovely ending. A quick listen but well worth it!!

Very sweet YA hockey romance

I really enjoy hockey romances, and one series I enjoyed the most was by Elle Kennedy. This reminded me of that type of series however done in YA genre. I thought the storyline was very cute and the way the couple got together was done in an original way, but also still had a couple of well-known tropes to it. This book is kind of the high school version of college hockey romance.

A Typical High School Love Story

This book is your typical high school love story between two athletes. There is not a lot of action, and the storyline is very PG.

Story was narrated well. Listening, I could basically watch a movie in my mind.

I’m one of those people that prefers a little spice and smut in the books… living vicariously through different romance books.

I’d love a book about them as adults and their struggles of being in the spotlight and being with each other - as they end up together maybe in their 20s juggling their relationship, the public eye, temptation and lust/love between them!

Pierce and Lia

This was the first book I've indulged myself in by Erin Fletcher and I liked it. All Laced Up is a sweet, charming and entertaining story of two young adults, Pierce and Lia, falling for one another. Its cute!

loved it! really well done.

I listen to audiobooks while I work so I go through a lot of them. When one is interesting enough to make me want to listen outside of work it's a good one. This was one of those. It left me feeling happy and seen. Both of my children and I have SPD. I really loved the author's inclusion of our "super power" in the book. It's not a commonly known diagnosis even though it is a very common co-diagnosis to autism, ADD, and many other more well known diagnosis. It was so good to see a family demonstrating a healthy way of handling someone with a different ability to cope than the average person. Bravo to the author for including this in such a normal, non preachy way. Every differently abled person should just be loved and met for who they are, where they are.

Just ok

I Didn’t like the female narrator. Story took too long to unfold. Was just ok.

YA book. Very Good

Well written teen love story, romantic and clean though it tackles some weighty life issues with respect and grace (Parental death and Autistic sibling). Narration fit the character's personalities. Nice job
