Tactical and helpful- ACE Hardware CX

So many great nuggets

I have known the author for a few years but have never gotten around to reading one of his books. I’ve also known his reputation as one of the leading customer service experts in the world and now after reading this book I understand why. Every chapter provides real, usable nuggets of gold that can be applied to almost any business. The book is written in a very conversational style that makes you want to keep listening for the next great idea. Now I’m going to move onto one of his other books to get more great info. If you want to improve your business and reputation with your customers, don’t hesitate, get this book now.

Great Concepts. Hard to listen too

I love the concepts in this book, but the audio is not the most clear and has a certain pitch to it that hurts my ears at a volume level any higher than low.

Proof being "nice" pays off in business

This audiobook is so refreshing because Shep breaks down growing a business and staying ahead of the pack with one principle- outstanding customer service. It unlocks tips to help small business owners compete with the largest competitors by providing attention to customers others cannot.

The reason I did not give performance 5 stars is I felt it could use a chapter and examples from online/social media.

Well worth a careful listen.

Excellent book to focus on customer service. Use the 52 tools to drive and deliver excellent customer service. Or, take some lessons to heart, have some patience and learn to be a better customer too.
