Once I realized I had anger management issues, I wanted as many tools and resources as I could avail myself of to address the issue and fix me. This audio book has been near the front of that process. The insights and tools enclosed in this work have been insightful, practical and useful. At times a little bit uncomfortable as well, all for my own good.
