Very Informative!
I have been experiencing poor sleep for some time now so this book came to me at just the right time. I found the information about the quantity of sleep required to be very informative - I have always thought if I got 8 hours I should be good so it was interesting to hear that it varies for each person. I learned so much about sleep cycles from this book that I now feel empowered to look at my sleep over a longer period (more than just one night) and figure out what works for me each day when my other commitments vary. This book contains lots of good information - I think everyone could learn something useful from it.
